"I felt like I hit the lottery when I noticed the OfficeMax (after a far less than pleasant experience across the street at FexEx). I was RIGHT! I walked into OfficeMax, was greeted and attended to promptly by a super friendly staff! I was directed to Laura who handled my printing need with a fun, friendly yet professional attitude! She was GREAT! This location is my new 'GO TO' for my office needs. While I was there, I observed a worker diligently working on a huge laminating project. He was also friendly, but I was amazed and impressed with his precision and dedication to perfection! What focus!! Great job you all!!"
"Scary place. I brought my young daughter here to buy some paper for school. An employee was taking pictures of my child and he even followed us to the parking lot and he took more pictures of us getting in my car. I took my daughter home and came back to confront the creep, but the other employees hid him and denied everything. Do not shop here if you care about your kids."
"I don’t typically leave reviews but I was so impressed by Mohamed, OM, and Michelle, I just had to share. I was in a bind and needed some immediate solutions. They both went 150% over the extra mile. When they didn’t have more of the product that I needed, Mohammed called another store and made sure it was on hold and waiting for me. I cannot say enough good things about the stellar service and I look forward to visiting again!"
"The store and supplies are excellent. Chloe the new team member has outstanding service. My complaint is at the DO IT FOR ME PRINT CENTER. This store does not have an email for me to send files for them to print. I had to use the self serve printers that have a $75. Print limit and does not recognize my corporate SPC number. Office Depot Corporate please help this store get with the times."
"Very nice selection of products. I use their website in advance of going to the store to see what they have on hand. It's not 100% accurate, but most times spot on. Very friendly and helpful employees."
