"Just called and spoke to a gentleman named Juan about needing a 6ft flat top grill. He responded with “no that’s too big.” No offer to order one or offer any support. My next call was to Expert Restaurant Supply and they took care of me right away. My advice is to call Expert Restaurant Supply first."

"I had a bit of a hard time finding the store as it’s tucked away off Kino Parkway so if you are not familiar with the area even Google can get you turned around. This store is filled with everything that a home cook would need to stock their personal kitchens. The prices are very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. When you walk in be sure to pick up a shopping cart even if you think you are only looking. Oh and don’t forget to get your bottle of water also. It was nice to have something to sip on as we made our way around the store. I came in with my mom not intending to buy anything, but to just look around. I left with items that I had been looking for. The quality of the products was far superior and the price was very competitive. Since all items sold are of restaurant quality I know they will last for a long time. This means no rust on the bottom of the racks which means not having to repurchase the item. I loved looking at all the place settings, imaging how my table would look. Mixing different plates and cutlery and glassware was so much fun. You could really play around and find just the right settings and buy exactly as many as you need. No more boxed sets with plates you like, but cups & saucers you don’t like. Want extra serving pieces, you can get them here."

"Great store. Has almost everything you would need for a restaurant or simple household / kitchen ware needs. The staff was friendly and made sure I found everything I was looking for. Only downside was the heat! The temperature was a little uncomfortable for my taste (it was hot - especially in the back of the store), which reduses the amount of time you want to browse - although, this was in the summer. Winter shouldn't be that bad."

"I love this place! We been going here for years. I remember when i was a kid and mom made tortitas.Now we go for the cups. There plastic and come in two colors. My mom always throwing away glass cup because they break! Been five months after and we have all cups."
