"What happened to the check outs?? I went in to purchase one item, only one person working up front and helping everyone with printing, photo copies, etc. Customers are now supposed to log in at the Kiosk and it get an estimated time for service. No wonder so many people are shopping Amazon instead."

They work hard to answer questions correctly and get help from each other to make the best possible customer experience. I use the print shop to have things bound, and have custom pieces printed. The print staff always listens, makes sure they understand what I'm asking. They take care to create a correct order for a correct outcome. They are patient with every customer and give every person equal kindness and care."
"Went to buy some desks and chairs for office. Very rude and unhelpful employees, and when I asked about delivery she stated they do not deliver. I mentioned on the sales sign it says to ask about delivery. She responded we do not deliver, I don't know why the tag says that. Never have I seen an employee try so hard to loose a sale. I left without getting the desks and chairs. I am sure there is a place that would be happy to make a sale. Paige i am sure you can send this to the appropriate person to handle it without me doing anything more then what is written above. I am sure socialmedia has nothing to do with your empolyees in the store. I can see this is going nowhere, just like the sale I tried to buy."

The quality was fantastic, the staff were helpful, and the price point was exactly where we needed it to be as a small nonprofit. Will definitely be back!"
