"I love my local Bashas' on Swan Road in Tucson. Personnel are always friendly and helpful. The sales are the best in town (especially since they put boneless/skinless chicken THIGHs on sale as well as breasts). And this store puts chicken out that is able to be cooked same day. The Sunrise store's chicken value packs are usually frozen. This is also the case at the NW Tucson location. That store's personnel are rude, unhelpful, and do not want any feedback about products or services. Perhaps the Swan Road managers could do some training up there!"

"Barbra and Madeline are employees who work there and give the store a bad name. Go to frys and save your self the trouble . No ownership from either person, concealing their names. Worst experience at any store this happened today at 1:15pm Saturday March 9th."

"I hate to leave this review because I've been coming to Basha's since I moved to Tucson in 2017 (and I've been coming to this location since I moved to the NW side in 2021). The people are so friendly. The lines are short. The stores are easy to get in and out of with no fuss. I've always really liked their meat, too. But there is something that has gone really awry in the quality of produce and meat at this location. On several occasions, I've bought hamburger that turned green and was completely rotten two days later even if it was well before the sell by date. Lettuce that wilts and starts growing fungus by the next day. Steaks that look fine and is red in the package but the underside is decaying and slimey. This has happened one too many times and I can no longer keep wasting my money on food that spoils so quickly. This does not happen when I shop at other stores. Sorry Basha's."

"The have a good variety and the staffed counters (Deli, Butcher, & Bakery) have friendly staff willing to find the right thing. Their produce is a good quality and the sales from the ad are great! The alcohol area was large and had a lot of things we couldn't find elsewhere. The self checkout definitely needs work."
