"I sat at the bar area and I just had 15 employees walk past me after sitting here for 15 minutes. The guy that was the concierge had to come take my order. It's now been 30 minutes and all I have is my drink. I bring a lot of customers here, I am in the transportation and entertainment industry. But if they treat me this way. Why would I bring my customers back. I bring in groups of 15 to 40 people every few days. So sad that they don't treat everyone the same."
