"I have visited this location more times than I could count over the last 3 years. I think it is a great 4/5 in almost every way. While the coffee is significantly better than Starbucks and most of its direct competitors, it is still fast food coffee and not great. For fast food coffee, it is as good as it gets! The customer service is 3.5-4 stars. They are normally very good! However, there are too many people with bad attitudes working here, so there is a decent chance you get one of them. The atmosphere is pretty good! Occasionally, music is too loud and little things like that. But overall, good atmosphere. This is where the 4/5 comes in. They should work on their customer service with those few bad apples. Other than that, I think they would be a 5 start fast food coffee."
