"I frequent Dutch Brothers at least once daily. While I've encountered both excellent and mediocre customer service, the level of incompetence at this particular location is unparalleled. The sheer audacity of the staff to confront customers and demand calmness is astonishing. Today, as I approached the counter, there was a young boy ahead of me who hadn't been attended to. Despite my inquiry about his order, we were both left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time before being acknowledged. When I voiced my concern about the delay, the barista seemed to take offense. As a consequence, she made me wait even longer, claiming a machine malfunction for the delay in my drink. After enduring additional wait time, I dared to inquire about my order, sparking an uproar. At that juncture, I demanded a refund due to the unreasonably long wait. Surprisingly, it took the manager even longer to process a mere $10 refund, a task that should have been completed in seconds, squandering my valuable time."

"I came in at 10 at night and ordered a surprise frost. The broista who took my order immediately got excited and said he was going to make it. I always order surprises of every drink because I'm indecisive, and this is the greatest surprise I've ever gotten. He layered different flavors and made it taste just like an ice cream from Baskin Robbins. He was awesome. Thanks, dude."

"I love Dutch Bros and every time I’m in an area and see one I’ve never been I try and stop. This location is newer and the area is pretty nice. Drive thru lanes are somewhat long so it helps not block traffic. Today was pretty busy, but we were on and out in under ten minutes. Cold brew is my go to and though I’m bummed they quite selling hwc. Its flavor is pretty good plain so no complaints. Add a bit of vanilla and it makes it even better."

"Do not visit this Dutch Bros location in the morning unless you have 20 minutes to spare waiting to place an order. The location, drive-thru, and surrounding parking lot make this new location inconvenient for anyone traveling South. Throw in the significant delays to place and receive your order, and it isn’t worth stopping unless you have nothing going on that day. They possibly need more training, more staff or a manager on duty Monday-Friday during the morning rush. I enjoy Dutch Bros but refuse to go to this location anymore."
