Buono's Pizza, located at 1464 East Williams Field Road in Gilbert, Arizona, is a family-owned and operated restaurant that has been serving authentic New York-style pizza since 1989. Jimmy and his family, who originally founded Buono's, are back in the kitchen creating delicious pizzas using fresh, local ingredients.
At Buono's, we take pride in staying true to the NYC style of pizza making. Our pizza dough is made fresh daily in-house, and our sauce is also made from scratch. We are committed to using the freshest and finest ingredients to ensure that every bite is full of flavor.
Whether you dine in at our cozy pizzeria or order takeout to enjoy at home, we strive to provide a top-notch dining experience for our customers. Jimmy's fiancé, Shelly, a Military Veteran and ICU Nurse, has also joined the team to help deliver exceptional service to our guests.

"This is hand down the best pizza in the valley. The white pizza is my go to pizza, but if you’re feeling you need just a cheese or pepperoni both are amazingly good. "UPDATE 10-4-23 pizza was hot and fresh. Aroma filled the car and both myself and fiancé enjoyed the owners response to my first review and their attempt at making a great pizza. The entire pie was good and we will come back again. Communication was top notch and the owner really cares for his business and staff and customers. I show up to pick up an online order (which had its bugs and problems) and they tried to convince me that they did not have the order. I asked them to look again (because the name it’s under is a very unique name…that’s how we order pizza) to which they finally found the ticket. Then they asked me if I had an ID. I said the name of the person I was picking up for and that they could come outside and meet them and that the pizza was paid for. They then proceeded to take their time going to the back to find the pizza, finally brought me the pizza and once I got into the car you couldn’t smell a thing. All pizza has an aroma but this pizza smelled like nothing. Drove the 3min home and the pizza was bland, sauce was minimal at best, pepperoni had no flavor and the crust was dry. Upon leaving the restaurant with the pizza in hand I walked to the car shaking my head to my partner as I knew I wouldn’t be coming here again. This is not NY pizza it’s a mockery of NY pizza."
