"My first time eating here and they forget part of my order. I'm at a dealership getting service and unable to return. A really bad first time experience. "I feel like once you've been to one Jimmy John's, they're all pretty much the same so the stars are more based on the service I get here. This one is near where we live so we've been here often and the people have always been pleasant to deal with. On a few occasions they've messed up small things like missing chips or items like that, but I can't recall a sandwich being messed up. I have dietary restrictions so most of the time I get an unwich and the lettuce that the meat is wrapped in is always crisp. The only thing I would mention is during a lunch time or dinner time rush. The line can back up out to the street which is a little dangerous."
