I will probably refrain from purchasing my lunch from any Jimmy John's location in Saint George. Every location in STG has made this mistake. EVERY SINGLE TIME!"

"I feel like once you've been to one Jimmy John's, they're all pretty much the same so the stars are more based on the service I get here. This one is near where we live so we've been here often and the people have always been pleasant to deal with. On a few occasions they've messed up small things like missing chips or items like that, but I can't recall a sandwich being messed up. I have dietary restrictions so most of the time I get an unwich and the lettuce that the meat is wrapped in is always crisp. The only thing I would mention is during a lunch time or dinner time rush. The line can back up out to the street which is a little dangerous."
