"For the past month every time we have ordered a pizza, our pizza is over cooked and the dough oddly thin to the point of having holes in it. Something has changed, management, employees, I don’t know. It wasn’t like this two months ago. Now it has been consistently like this over the last few times we’ve ordered pizza. Hopefully the owner is paying attention to how his investment is being run by incompetent individuals."

"Ordered food online at 6:00 on a Friday night with a note for pickup at 6:45. After getting there and waiting 45 minutes, I finally got the pizzas. I get it that Friday night is busy, but should make some calls or texts to let people know they are way behind on their orders. Food is ok and great value for feeding teenagers. Just suggest ordering earlier on a weekend and calling ahead to confirm if order is ready for pickup."

"Placed an online order for 8:15. Pulled up and the place was closed. Was told there was an "error" and my order didn't show up, and that they were now closed. But somehow she found it with no problem when giving me a refund in order to get me out of her hair. This isn't the first time this or something similar has happened. On the rare occasion that they actually have my order ready when I schedule the pickup, half the time it's barely even edible. I've ordered from this place a dozen or more times because it's a convenient location but I've never seen one place and so many employees manage to make such consistently terrible pizza (see all the reviews with pictures) and screw up even the simplest of tasks."

"Ordered 2 EMB pepperoni and ICB .... after waiting 20-30 minutes neither pizza has extra cheese or pepperoni. Last 3 times we've ordered here the pizzas come out flimsy and wet with grease."

"I am THE crazy bread fan girl. Lately they’ve been doing something wrong with the bread unfortunately. Only go here if you want a 50% chance of getting bread dryer than Kyle Rittenhous’s eyes. The other 50% of the time it’s perfect again. Choice is yours whether your money is worth that risk or not. Picture of the good bread AND the dry bread - both taken only days apart. || update || it’s months later and I’m sad to say they’ve gotten WORSE. Picture of nearly burnt bread added and 2 more stars removed."
