"My order never showed up even though they confirmed the correct address when I called to ask why it showed delivered when it hadn't been. When I called in the first time I got put on hold but was on speaker so I could hear the person who claimed to be the manager and someone else talking about a fighter so nothing to do with work while he just left me there on hold for no reason. I had to hang up and call back to get more attitude from him about we will see if someone can bring out your delivery. no apology for the missed delivery or offer of discount or anything like that. just a yeah we will see if we can get it out there. horrible service!"
"Made an order well over an hour in advance, and even went to pick it up a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Walked up to the counter and was totally ignored for about five minutes. Couldn’t even make eye contact with any of the three workers. One guy spent that entire time just putting stickers on boxes (I’ve worked at Papa John’s. That’s not exactly the highest priority task.) Eventually he comes up and asks if I need anything and I explain I’m there for a pickup and he says it’s not ready. I ask for an ETA and he guesses maybe 10 minutes. Which is fine, I’ve been there and I know how hard it is when orders pile up. But say something instead of letting me wait around! It was pretty frustrating."
