"I recently stayed at the Royal Palm and discovered this gem of a cocktail bar. Signed up for the micology class with Ernesto and had so much fun talking to him and learning to make cocktails. Ended up staying for dinner at the bar and coming back for brunch and drinks the next day. Ernesto, Jesse, and Darian at the bar are all wonderful and provide top notch service. I would return to the hotel simply because of how great they were. Food was also delicious."
