I was especially appreciative of him communicating with me as I was really tied up this past week out of town and made it easy to keep in touch via text, email, voicemail to make sure that progress was made on my vehicle even when I couldn’t chat live time via phone so I could pick it up right upon my return back home. "I've had a terrible,unrespectful experience with service department recently. If I could give minus,I gave, even I had free time to complain, I'd! I have been loyal to Jeep and service section and I always took my car for service and I received the best service when Jacob was there. Recently I took my car for fixing the tires, at the beginning Todd the service manger told that the tire didn't need to be replaced with new one, although the service advisor "Kyle" said OPPOSITE! The day of service they held my car from early morning till 3 pm with no updating, and when I called them asking when my car would be ready, no body answered and they declined my call!!!! Kyle was not responsive and he told, he was busy and couldn't do anything and the tire would be replaced but they didn't do anything and wasted my time. Around 3:30 pm with no service, Todd service manager forced me to out of there!!!!!Although I bought my car from there in 2018, and since 2018 I had had great service , before Jacob left. The service section got worse and worse. I never ever recommend this location for service to anybody and I never go back there for getting services !!!!!"
