"The parking lot was really full so it was a bit difficult to maneuver in to a parking spot at the front. Right away I was approached by an employee which was actually very helpful as I wasn't sure where to go. I had reached out via internet and connected with Glenn Ryan; he wasn't available at the time (I hadn't made an appointment) so instead I spoke with Rob Tano (?). Before I left, I ended up interacting with both men who were very friendly and helpful without being too pushy. It mostly felt like they were genuinely interested in helping me get what I wanted, but when I tried to say now isn't a good time, but later this year I'll try again, they kept at it. At that point I felt less like a human or customer and more like a number or sales bonus. But I'm a naturally timid person so perhaps I didn't make myself very clear and adamant that now wasn't a good time. When I'm ready to purchase a vehicle I'll go back here and would be happy to work with Glenn or Rob. It wasn't their fault that what I reallt wanted wasn't available."

"I will give facts first and thoughts and feelings after because this place is deplorable. The first thing is when I came in to check out the 2013 Jeep Wrangler I was told it had not been off-road, I knew that was a lie to begin with as it had two jeep badges of honor, one for Schnebly and one for table Mesa. The second is after the first day I had it the shock, that was supposedly checked by the “mechanics” here, was not where it was supposed to be (images attached). The third is a weak point on the exhaust that needed to be welded as it broke that first day as well. After the fourth week of owning this I took it to Flagstaff to go camping, on the way up all power shut off and I had to pull to the side. Upon inspection at the campsite there was a piece not fully connected to the alternator. It was an easy clip on. Definitely going to check the relay and make sure the system is good, even though I was told everything was checked and given a seal of approval. I definitely feel lied to by my salesperson, who also knew nothing about any of the vehicles on the lot, which is huge fail on the person hiring, because if you’re selling Mopar you should know Mopar or get out of Dodge. I could sell Mopar better than my salesperson because I know the vehicles, and I’m not even a cars sales person."

"I purchased my Ram 1500 from this location. Chip is a wonderful salesman. Noah in financial is the reason for a poor review. Not only did they short my trade in, but he also messed up my financing. I signed for my vehicle at particular interest rate, and was called 4 days later because the interest rate was supposed to be slightly higher, increasing my payments. Then blamed my bank for the confusion. Called my bank and they said he didn't read the tiers correctly and it was an error on Noah's part. Wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealership again because of this mistake. Would like to add that MY BANK took care of the issue. This should have never happened in the first place. And shouldn't have taken 4 days to figure out. Super unprofessional. I'm glad I called my bank and brought it to someone's attention. I see why this dealership has such poor reviews."

"I have never been more disappointed in a car dealer experience! First the used sales department here failed to offer me a fair trade in value for my vehicle when their own website quoted me a better deal than their sales Department would. After rounds of unprofessional conversations we were able to finally strike a deal. They made an offer I accepted and sent them my pre-qual information to draft up the paperwork and made an appointment to sign the papers at 4:30 because of work hours. At 3pm they called and said someone else was coming to view the vehicle. I was able to find a way to rush over there and when I arrived thirty minutes later they told me they sold the car. First of all never have I even heard of a car deal going down in 30 minutes. Second of all they gave a car we had a deal on to someone else. If they were going to be shady and keep it available until I signed and I knew that I would have come at my lunch hour, but they made it sound as if all I had to do was sign the paperwork. If you are looking for a dealer that does not keep their promises then shop here."
