"Maybe I'm not giving this store a chance, but there were several instances in my first and only visit here that I feel others should know about. I came to this Scottsdale Kohl's to exchange a Christmas present that was too big. Of course they didn't have my size in the exact pattern/style so I needed to go to Customer service to return gift without receipt and obtain the lowest price because that's policy, no big deal, I understand. What I didn't understand was how there could only be one Customer Service rep working the back while two other in the area seems to be "messing around". They were talking to one another and it looked like they were playing with merchandise (stacking crystal serving dishes different ways). It felt like they enjoyed not serving customers because they saw the ten person line but just continued to perform unproductive work for the 20 min window they were behind the desk. I ran in thinking this exchange can't take longer than 30 mins to complete, the it took 60 mins and I was late for my next appointment. I've worked retail, been a store manager, and understand the days after Christmas are busy with returns, and felt this store doesn't care about customers and the CS reps could care less about Customer service. When it was my turn to exchange, the CS rep tells me I could not purchase my item with them that I wanted to pay the difference with and had to go wait in line up front for purchasing because the line was too long. What's 1 min after waiting 60mins in line? So I go to the front purchase my item with my no receipt refund card and when I get home to wear item it has the ink tag on it!!!! I would not recommend this location."

"I still like this place after years of price hikes. Use to have great bargains but now they are just good bargains. Lots of choices and still a good place to get knick knack gifts for friends and family."
