"So I am shopping at store 119 goodwill located on 32nd st & greenway rd I came across this item marked higher then brand new. Normally I ask for a manager and they change the price however David was rude and snatched the original Ross proce tag off of the item. I asked for the tag back and he stated it’s his. I stated I will be buying this so the tag is mine. He then retuned the tag and the shirt to me. I put the tag back to tag this pic. I have never been spoken to so rudely nor have I ever paid higher than the original price. I took my donations back too!"
"Goodwill has genuinely become a disgusting company. Not that they were ever incredible(paying below minimum wage, etc) but they provided a place for lower income families to find clothes and household goods. Goodwill has decided that their “mission” is profits as they charge obscene prices for everything whether its broken, falling apart at the seams, or just the usual dollar store junk. Its such a shame. I dont need to shop at Goodwill, I can afford not to. But so many cant. I legit dont know how the people of goodwill corporate sleep at night"
"Why is all the music so loud at all the Goodwills now?? It's so loud I can barely stand to be in the store. Also this one is painfully slow with one cashier price checking every item every time."

"TONS of great items all the time! Super organized and clean! I found a sewing machine that still works and they always have great furniture. The clothing section has many in style, name brand items. The shoes are in excellent condition. If you need a Halloween outfit or costume, check here first. They have so much! Same goes for decor"
