"Super happy customer. I was expecting to get charged a technician fee since my machine is out of warranty. The gentleman was extremely kind and helpful. He took the time to clean the machine and verified the issue. I will definitely return if I have any other issues with my other dyson machines."

"The first guy who helped me was wonderful. He was very helpful. I when went go to pick up my Vacuum and they sead thay that the issue was fixed. When I got the vacuum home To my utter surprise the issue Had not been resolved. Highly don't recommend this place Dyson On the phone is great when you call them directly when you take your vacuums to this service center. They'll treat you like you don't know what you're doing. And I'll make you feel bad for not knowing highly. Don't recommend this place. So I will be taking my machine to a different service center one that will actually treat me with respect. Unlike these people at this particular service center. Again to reiterate, the employees are extremely rude. If you have a Dyson product I recommend just calling them directly. Cause they will give you more hopeful details. Instead of taking it Into the shop. Where they try to make you pay for something that should be covered under warranty."

Jay went above and beyond to take care of the issue with my Dyson. He was very quick, knowledgeable and kind. I can't express my gratitude on how quick Jay resolved my Dyson issue. Upon coming in, Abby asked me if I could spare 15 minutes, so I waited as she went into the back of the store with another tech. They were able to repair my vacuum right there in under 15 minutes.
