"A sales person assisted with the purchase of a stereo install. What he did not know, he took the time to ask another employee. Everything was ordered correctly and came as ordered and on time. Best Buy Geek Squad scheduled me for three weeks out and they were expecting me when I showed up. They also made the install in their 2 hour window as they indicated. When the vehicle was picked up, they spent time with me explaining how to operate it. The installers were very nice. If I could complain, it would be that I spent two days calling them and all I could reach was poor English speakers in another country. They need local people to assist local customers."

Best Buys definition of "Open Box Excellent" condition is: Open-Box Excellent Looks brand new Includes all original parts/accessories Typically contains packaging When I went to pick it up, it was only the laptop. No power cord, no power adapter, no stylus, no manuals, no box just the laptop. The clerk agreed is definitely was not in excellent condition. Requested and got a refund. Not happy."

"Wed 9/27/2023 Went in to get a Garmin smart watch. 5 people hanging out in front by the door and a other 3 down a little bit. Not one person said hi even though I walked past them all. The security guy at the front didn't even look as I left. I started playing around with stuff to get someone's attention, but not one person acknowledged me. And to be clear, the watches are at the front about 10 feet from where everyone was hanging out and talking about the weekend. If you wanna know why Best Buy is struggling, this is a good start. After thousands of dollars spent and every warranty purchased, I'll probably never be back to a Best Buy again. There are plenty of places in the valley without having to drive around hoping to get help."
