"Had a Whirlpool washing machine that had a motor issue. Called the service line and they passed my info onto a technician, who called me later in the day to schedule a 2-hour window for a visit for the following day, probably right around the 24 hour mark. Emil called when he was 10 minutes out and arrived about in the middle of the 2-hour window. He traced the issue to a part, told me where to purchase a replacement, and outlined the steps necessary to replace it myself to save the cost of him making the replacement. After I followed his instructions and the washing machine still wasn't working, he returned for further troubleshooting and traced the issue to a different part, which I purchased and he returned the next day to install, free of charge. The callout wasn't cheap, but given the urgency, responsiveness, professionalism, honesty, and integrity displayed by Emil and Phoenix Appliance Services, I feel the price was fair. This is a space where a lot of shady businesses operate, because people don't have time to comparison shop when their appliances fail, and Phoenix Appliance Services doesn't *have* to be this good to stay in business - but they are, and for that, they've earned my repeat business and a 5-star review."

"The response was the same day and a representative was at my home within 24 hours to diagnose issues on a GE dishwasher. Parts were required and the technician communicated with me on next steps, time frame and costs for labor and materials. Later that day he confirmed part was ordered and expectations were set on how quickly they would arrive. I then received a call on the day promised and technician arrived to make repairs in a timely fashion coming in under budget. The technician was courteous, clean and communicated throughout. I would recommend this company for appliance repairs."
