"This place is horrible It's incredibly frustrating when a store fails to accurately communicate their inventory. The experience of calling ahead, being assured that an item is in stock, driving a significant distance, and then discovering that the product is not available is not only a waste of time but also a breach of trust. This kind of inconsistency in inventory management and customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reliability of the establishment. Such a situation can be incredibly inconvenient and disappointing for customers who rely on accurate information to make their purchasing decisions. Drove 45 mins to get there after I called and they said they gave 79 in stock"

"I love this Ace location and have been helped by Tyler in the past, which was always a pleasure. Today I was shocked he remembered me from my last visit and really saved the day. I’ve been looking for specific paint for a project AND Tyler delivered! 10/10! I also enjoyed that another customer came over to let Tyler know what he’d recommended to them previously worked great. It takes a lot to build that kind of rapport with customers and it’s awesome to see."

"I love Ace Hardware. Every time I go there I'm impressed by their friendly customer service. If I seem like I'm looking for something, I'm asked by a floor staff member if I need assistance. And if I do need to ask for help, it's just steps away. And their staff is super knowledgeable. But what I really love about Ace is how their inventory is so vast and well organized for such a moderate space. I always find what I need in a fraction of the time than when I go into big box hardware store."

"probably NEVER buy ammo here again due to missing bullets and the boxes were behind the counter. I found this out when I arrived home .Ace's ultimately compensated me for the missing bullets but the way that the employee named Chris handled it was very disrespectful .he never accused me of stealing them but he sure implied it . Because he told me that nobody has opened the boxes and apparently they've been sitting for 2 months (saying this while having a staring contest the whole time) . (I'm thinking to myself, so you're telling me nobody have opened these in 2 months). It's wasn't worth it driving from 59 ave to 32 st to be look at like a theft . Update: thank for apologizing but trust been broken and that employee is reflection of your store. You do have many great employees that help me out before however one of your employees (guy with the cowboy hat) doesn't know how to talk to customers with respect.It makes your store look bad. I would still shop cause of the great deal on paint but I'd still feel uncomfortable being around that employee."
