"Are you serious with this location Hollister? This is not your typical location with the wooded panels, surf shack vibe and overwhelming smell of Cali cologne! This is a warehouse room of messy tables of clothes and dirty carpet! I felt like I was at a teen garage sale. How disappointing. Especially in this area!?!?"

"I went in today due to a botched online order hoping to get an issue fixed. I was greeted by a team member and she was very helpful in assisting me. I was routed with the manager Marissa. She was very eager to get down to the point of the issue and made some phone calls. Within minutes, my issue was resolved. Its great to feel That she understood my point of view and didnt just give me the corporate runaround. It affirms to me that Hollister is customer oriented"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE ONLINE!!!!! The actual store itself is fine but online ordering is a giant pita. I ordered. 1 pair of jeans and two plain shirts that when ordering said they were available at my store for pickup. I’m not sure about anyone else but since Covid 99% of the stores I’ve shopped at that offer in store pickup fulfill the order same day if it’s done within 2 hours of store closing or they at least let you know it won’t be until the next day. Not Hollister not only is it never same day, sometimes like in my case it’s 14 and guess what if they don’t have it available like they say they do they don’t even let you know and ask if it’s ok to take 14 days and also you don’t get a chance to cancel after they went ahead and decided to have it shipped 14 days later. It would be super great if companies like this actually suffered some sort of consequence for being so shady."

"Let me just start off by saying I’m a major Hollister fan. So imagine my disappointment when I went in this evening with my mother and grandmother and we weren’t greeted by any of the five staff that were standing around the store. We spent about 15 minutes looking for a specific style of jeans, and vocally expressing our concerns. Meanwhile the employees went about their day and no one asked if we were able to find what we were looking for. Then as we proceeded to leave the store we still hadn’t heard from anyone. It took my mother speaking out to one of the employees telling them that their customer service was absolutely horrendous before we were even acknowledged. It’s very disheartening to walk into a store and not be greeted nor ask if we were able to find everything okay. If I could give this store 0/5 stars I most definitely would."
