You respond to my calls with, "I will follow up with you", and then silence. March of this year is when I started trying to place this order. What did it take? Calling in until we got someone other than Matthew. Yolanda was actually able to do her job. We requested a quote for a large quantity of specialty product (several thousand $) and she had it in our inboxes within minutes. None of this, "wait until tomorrow", or "I will have to call the supplier" B.S. And this was after three months of Matthew giving me the runaround. Thanks, Yolanda. In the end, we were forced to do business with these people due to a desperate and immediate need for a specialty product. I am extremely unsatisfied with this treatment and we will be going to great lengths to select a different supplier next time."
