Raul was the technician they sent out and he did a great job, took his time and explained everything he found, including some things he found that a prior AC company that looked at my system had done a sloppy job with (leaving the air handler unit in the attic space unsealed which meant I was air conditioning the attic space and failing to properly seal the outdoor blower motor after servicing it which could have led to the need for more significant repair bills in the future). Raul resolved both of those things in addition to the maintenance services he provided. I will be using Reliance exclusively from now on for all of my heating and cooling needs."

"Enrique and Kevin did and installation and they did an amazing job. They arrived just in time and they went straight to work. They finished fast and they were very clean with their job. They set up a tarp to hold the dirt and any debris from the installation and even vacuumed afterwards to make sure they didn’t leave any mess behind. They were very nice and friendly and communicate."
