"I shop here often, tonight I was ready to buy 2-3 pairs of shoes as Christmas gifts but to my dismay the customer service wasn’t great. Lexie didn’t seem to want to help, she was engaged in conversations with other employees at the front counter when I needed a second assistance, I had my phone out when I stated, “Could you take a look at this” (screenshot of another pair of Converse I needed) and glanced at Mora (sp?) and rolled her eyes and Mora (sp?) giggled at that. If this is the type of behavior given to customers I sure didn’t want to spend my money here. I returned the shoes and walked out the store, turned around to see both engaging other customers in the store talking about the incident. This definitely was frustrating to see. If they don’t like being in customer service positions then they should be elsewhere!"

"I called in a panic at because unfortunately my order got canceled, Zoe picked up the phone and reassured me that we would get it taken care of and that she did!!!! Zoey is an amazing asset to this store, the customer service I received was impeccable."

"I rarely write reviews but I felt I must point out the OUTSTANDING customer service I received at this store. The manager and one of the girls who worked there (I wish I could remember their names) took such good care of me. After ordering online and receiving one of the shoes in a different size from one of the other local Journeys (I'm talking bout you, Tempe), they took extra care to make things right. The manager here made sure to visit that store personally on Monday to make sure I got the correct size, then shipped it out Tuesday, and I finally received it on Wednesday. I'll definitely be back to this store for any of my shoe needs. Thank you all so much!"
