Jesse, walked with me through the entire process, to finally buy this couch when they received another shipment. He was so kind, patient, informative, and understanding to my needs. "Horrible customer service !!!!! I came shopping today, one day after Christmas. Yes I was expecting to find the store in disarray due to the holidays. To my surprise, the store was impecable! Everything in its place, clean and properly labeled. However… the cashier that handled my transaction, Denise, was absolutely a nightmare to deal with. She was annoyed at the number of items I had, kept rolling her eyes because I wanted a price check on a couple of items. Asked me to go get another cart so she could do her job, had a horrible tone as she referred to me, terrible unneeded attitude and definitely a shane for customer service. She must’ve forgotten she had signed up to deal with clients and in sales one must always put on a good face. Not Denise… she went on to help another client while I waited for the manager because she had overcharged me and went on and on on what a terrible day she was having referring to me as I am standing right next to the cash register. I hope you visit this store and not have to experience the awful service I just did… I feel so bad for people that do not enjoy the holiday break as some of due but it is not an excuse to treat people with an awful attitude. I hope management pays attention to this."

"Highly recommend! A great place to find the unique! Wow, haven't been in a Big Lots for a long time. This store is so interesting, a great place to find a unique decor item or holiday find. This store was so clean and well organized, I encourage you to go. I did get lots of stocking stuffers, some little gifts for some neighbors and elderly and found some deals on some sundries. Was impressed with the store and took a few pics for a review. *Easy parking *Clean and organized store *Awesome staff *Cool items *Fine prices Then I went to check out. Wow, Charene was awesome. Very bubbly and friendly, asked if I found everything ok or had any questions. She should train retail people all over. Thank you Charene for being above and beyond, keep being you."

"So my hands were full I know I should've gotten a basket but there was only one other person in the store so as I walked through the queue line I got to the first register and politely asked Ethan if i could just set my stuff down and look at the queue line products. He in a very rude and condescending manner said to me "Can I" with a very nasty look. I said excuse me and he said "excuse you". Who puts an attitude like that at the front of your store. It was extremely off putting and made me really irritated and frustrated in the moment. There was no excuse for that kind of behavior. And I won't allow myself to be treated like that."
