Walmart Supercenter

"I returned an item, instead of putting it on a credit card. They put the money on a gift card. Went to use the gift card at a different Walmart and no funds were on it. I never used the gift card before. So now not only am I out the product but the money as well."

"I really don't like going into this location but it just happens to me on my route home. Every time I go in here it's usually a bad experience. Although there are a few people who work there who are pleasant (like the Hispanic lady in cosmetics), most seem to hate their jobs and their customers. They treat you like a criminal while in self-checkout or if you have a no-receipt return. I understand they have a problem with theft but not everybody is a thief. A lot of people spend their hard-earned money there and don't deserve to be treated in this manner. They are especially rude to the Hispanic community which is 90% of their business. I speak from first-hand experience. Upper management seems to be a lot better with customer service than their so-called front-end supervisors or stand-in supervisors ( cashiers). They keep their rudest employees working in customer service. I don't understand the mentality behind that decision."

"This Walmart looks old and run down. Except for the cashiers, the rest of the staff is rude and acts like you are in their way all the time. Especially those pushing the carts to fill orders. They have even hit my service dog a couple of times with the carts. They do seem to have whatever I need and a good selection. The cashiers have all been great and very cheerful people. I tried to compliment one of them to a supervisor. But the supervisor was too busy. I try to avoid this one and go to a different store when able."

"Typical Walmart trip. New to the area and needed groceries. The relative location to public transportation is great. People were friendly. A bit busy but I assume this is typical for this location."

"Edit: Employees here just seem so miserable and mean. This employee behind the desk (photo attached) gave this customer an absolutely hard time for no reason at all! Claiming that the man had stolen the item he was trying to get a refund for. The employee had such a disgusting attitude and look on his face the whole time too. Like sir, if you hate doing your job so much, then quit or get another one! The world is already a crazy place as it is. People don't need your disgustingly negative energy."
