"I will never ever buy from Zara again, I had a very bad experience shopping at the store and I decided to give the online store a last chance. I ordered some items online, my package was never delivered to my address and I didn't hear one apology. My package was delivered to the neighbor's backyard and the photo of the delivery shows the neighbor's unit number, the neighbor did not want to give back the package and it's the delivery company fault. I contacted Zara for this and they opened a case to investigate for 48 hours, after all the waiting they came back with the conclusion that the package was successfully delivered! Although the photo shows that the package was delivered to a different home and a different address! I had to dispute the charge from the bank and provide the evidence that the package was never delivered to my address. Very bad customer service."

"had an unfortunate encounter at Zara with one of their checkout girls that compelled me to share my experience. As I approached the checkout counter, the checkout girl's demeanor was not what I expected. She was impolite and displayed a level of rudeness that was truly uncalled for. I firmly believe that every customer should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. I hope that Zara takes measures to ensure that all their staff members are trained to offer a positive and respectful shopping experience to customers."

"Fun trendy styles. Clothing is what you pay. Not going to last you several seasons but fashion and styles change. Went when a sale and very hard to find sizes and the place was a mess. They need to have more check out because you are in line longer than shopping. They did have self-checkout but only 2 stations. Once you put your clothing in the bend a sales associate needs to take off the sensors. Only 1 person was working. No one was working on the floor and the firing rooms need a lot of attention. But again you get what you pay for. On two floors in the mall as well. They do have men's and children."

"Shopping for ladies clothes this is one frequented place in Scottsdale Fashion Mall. Styles come and go quickly if like it you better grab it. The ladies area is large and there is a men's space LOL just a little bigger than a closet. Clothes shopping isn't my thing but friend does find some nicely fitting here."
