"They refused to take the safety lock off the sunglasses for me to see if they would fit on my face unless I paid for them. So therefore, I asked if I could then buy them, then try it on and if it doesn’t fit then get a refund. Their response, no you only get store credit. What kind of policy is this? I would never go there again."

"HECK YESSSSSS TILLYS! We recently discovered this Tilly’s location and have been blown away by the quality of their clothes, the helpfulness of their staff, and the overall atmosphere of the store. The staff at Tilly's are hands down the nicest and most helpful I've encountered at any clothing store. They are always so friendly and welcoming, and they have a great sense of style. I've asked them for recommendations and they've always been patient and happy to help. They take the time to listen to what I'm looking for and make suggestions based on my specific needs and preferences. The selection of clothes and accessories at Tilly's is fantastic. They have a wide range of beachy, trendy styles, including t-shirts, dresses, swimwear, and more. I've found so many great pieces here that I've had a hard time choosing what to buy. The quality of the clothes is also top-notch - I've had several pieces for over a year and they still look great. The store itself is always clean and well-maintained, which is something I really appreciate. It's a pleasure to shop in a store that takes pride in its appearance and customer experience. In addition to the great clothes and helpful staff, Tilly's also has great deals and sales. I've taken advantage of a few of these and have always felt like I'm getting a great value. "Went in to purchase some shirts. Three employees talked and folded clothes while they watched me walked in. I was ignored completely. The same employees then greeted other customers. I walked around the store and found some items, but ultimately decided to put them down after seeing another employee just sitting in her phone."

"The employee was very rude to my elderly mother. We entered the store to shop and asked for a bathroom explaining that she was having an emergency. She was told there was no bathroom and she would have to leave the store. No compassion for a customer in need."
