"The customer service at this store is absolutely horrible. I came in to do an even exchange within the 60 day limit and was charged $16 more just because. The only solution was return all the money back to the original card (it was all a gift). I ended up eating the $16 so I could have the right sized clothing. "I did an in store pick up for a backpack for my daughter, when I picked it up I told the sales girl it’s too small, can you cancel it? She said I bet it will work. Take it home to try, never mentioning there was a short return policy. When I had a chance to return it as a working mom, not one but two employees be extremely rude to me in front of several other customers that I was out of the return window. I would never have kept the backpack the first day if the employee had not pushed it."
