"I ordered a top for my mother, they rang it up as a sale instead of sending it to my address. I never got a shipping confirmation. Needless to say, It never came, I called the store myself and they pushed me over to customer service because they didn’t want to deal with their screw up error. Customer service is going to expedite a shirt replacement but it will not be here in time for my mother’s birthday. Chico’s needs to train their store employees and managers better to serve the customer."
"We stopped in today to pick some clothes for my wife. She lost a good bit of weight and it was time for a new wardrobe. We were met by Tammy, who did a fabulous job helping my wife pick out different shirts, pants, and outfits. We spent 2 hours there and actually enjoyed it. This coming from a man who hates to shop. Best service ever. Chico's should clone her and put her in all their stores."
