"We needed to replace a dryer and microwave in a rental property. We met with Steve in Ahwatukee on a Monday afternoon. He quickly showed us the GE dryer we were looking to match to our existing GE washer. He also showed us microwaves on sale. We liked a Frigidaire on sale for $229 that went well with our range. He couldn’t do much to lower the prices, because they were on sale, but pointed us to a Frigidaire “Gallery” microwave (an upgraded model) for sale “as is” for $169. It looked brand new & carried a full warranty, so we took it. The two appliances were delivered and installed the next morning within 24 hours. The only negative aspects were that Spencer’s charged us for a $23 new dryer vent & cord kit, and $15 each to haul away & recycle the old appliances. It’s not unfair, but just be aware of these extra charges. We also paid $100 to have the microwave installed, which was a significant amount, considering the oven only cost $169. Of course, one could easily install it at no cost, if time permitted. Overall, we were very pleased, and would return to Spencer’s for future appliance needs."
