"Do not buy blinds from this location! I went in with my wife and picked out the blinds we wanted and scheduled someone to come out and measure the windows. After they came out I received a call the next day from the same person that sat with my wife for 20 mins and went over what we are ordering only for him to tell me he didn't take note of anything we selected and now since the window measurements are in I would have to come back and pick everything again. We go back pick everything & pay for the blinds and he tells us that when the blinds are cut and ready I will be called to come pick them up before the scheduled install. Picked up the blinds at least 4 days before the install only for the installer to show up today and tell me they gave me uncut blinds sight from the shelves that wouldn't fit. Went back and told the manager of the blind department what happened. They had the blinds in a basket in the middle of the show room floor the whole time and never called me to tell me they gave me the wrong ones! Now I call me install company to see when they rescheduled the installer to come back only to find out they never rescheduled someone to come back and do the installation. GO TO LOWES OR ANYWHERE ELSE."

"Caution to all buyers getting items delivered: we got bait-and-switched today on a delivery. Paid $500+tax at the N Scottsdale store for a brand-new grill in box to be delivered same day. Actual grill arrived from the Tatum store but an *out of box* floor unit, with price tag attached, several dents and scratches. I argued with the delivery team for 20mins, refusing to sign for it based on condition. Delivery team were just contractors, said they wouldn't take it back and would leave it anyway, even if I didn't sign. Called Home Depot, and no amends offered besides a measly $15 refund. Needless to say, nothing about an opened floor unit was disclosed at time of purchasing a new item."

"I recently had the displeasure of experiencing terrible customer service at this location. I simply called to check on the availability of a Christmas tree, but the gentleman in the home and garden department was unprofessional and rude. He repeatedly responded to my question with "we have plenty of Christmas trees" even as I tried to provide him with more specific information about the tree I was interested in. He then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the manager, Jesse I believe. He kept me on hold for 13 minutes while I could hear him walking around the store. He eventually ended up in the home and garden department, only to realize that the first employee had left. When I asked Jesse to check the availability of the tree himself (given said trees are next to home and garden), he refused, saying that he was with another customer (Am I not the customer?) I then asked him to repeat his name, multiple times, but he suddenly went mute on me. As someone who works in customer service myself, I can tell you that this is far from acceptable behavior. You need to coach your employees on productivity and professionalism."

"This is the home Depot closest to my home. I'm in here all the time. 95% of the time the staff help is awesome. I've had a couple of strange interactions with tool rental staff. The rental manager was helpful, but kind of harsh with employees who needed some training. Customer service people are super helpful with returns."

"Bought some sweet alyssum and geraniums for my new planter boxes also which I bought at the Home Depot along with Miracle-Gro potting soil. The planters (window boxes) are made of galvanized and they have drainage holes in them. They were super easy to install. I know these looked little but they will grow in and be full and beautiful probably in about 3 or 4 weeks and then they will last until about May or June."
