"Simple oil change was $131.00. Yes it was synthetic. But I have never paid this much for a simple oil change..no other services rendered. No tire rotation etc. Had an appointment and still took 1 hour and 20 mins. Will not be back. Next day: See their response. They have my number so why would I call them? They say this with all low ratings. Wouldn't they just call you? This is a standard response on google.... check the low ratings folks. It was.my first visit..and my.last. Let me add they took the Ford Pass Points but filed to add the service to my service record on the platform which seems suspicious. Better ask what the costs are before coming here and follow up on their work."
