"Service experience was great. The fact that you changed the policy to charge 3% if using a credit card is absolutely ridiculous. You are a big enough organization that 1. The percentage charged goes down with how many people use cards at your businesses, you probably don’t even pay 3% per transaction 2. You rip everyone off with “hours” and up charge on parts, at least you can cover the 3%."
