"They showed up 4 hrs late, barely looked at the dishwasher and quoted a price of 400 dollars. I previously had an issue with a wire, they did not even look at the appliance. Had to pre pay 85 dollars and then sign a form .When I threw them out of my house and realized that I had signed for work completed and signed to absorb the cost of a lawsuit if I chose to pursue. They are thieves and liers."

"This company is a JOKE. So first when you make an appointment they ask for credit card information so they can place an 85$ hold on your account before any one even shows up. Then they were supposed to show up between 12pm and 2pm. Then they called and said they would be here between 4:30 and 5. After calling them several times none of which were answered a technician ended up showing up at around 630 after he complained about me providing the wrong address (which I didn't). He proceeded to look at my dishwasher for a total of maybe five minutes and then immediately came to the conclusion that my dishwashers front panel needs to be replaced for approximately 350$. I'll post an update when then dishwasher is fixed and I'd wager to say it'll be a lot less than 350$ seeing as we've had this issue before and it was simply a loose/disconnected wire. *note that the company that was sent was "Manny Appliance Repair" and the technician was Xavier. Not sure if that is a separate company or part of bosch repair."

"I called Bosch Repair Phoenix approximately 2:45pm today to scheduled a appointment for today. They confirmed an appointment between 5-8pm. As I had an unexpected machine failure, I accepted the appointment and rearranged my evening (canceled a dinner appointment) to be home for the appointment About 3 hours later I get a call telling me they have been unable to reach their Tech (he is not answering his phone), but they will keep trying to contact him, and they will call me back once they do. 8pm has come and gone, I received no call, and no one showed up to fix my machine. Incredibly poor Customer Care, clearly demonstrating they do not care about their Customers!"

"Not having a dishwasher is the biggest nightmare ever! i went into a panic when i noticed it stopped working and I called these people and BOOM....got an appt for the very next day and the dishwasher was fixed within 3 days."
