"What happened to this place?!????? There was a time the energy was great employees loved coming to work took the time going through your stuff. NOW you go in the energy is TERRIBLE the employees have attitudes no eye contact rushing through your stuff with an attitude only to take 2 items and that was from each person that was there. SPENCER you need a permanent vacation I seen you in action rushing with an attitude telling everyone there stuff was out dated no smile and rushing to the next seller only to do them the same way you need a break from that place and it shows ALL over your face and body language. Either this place is going/gone broke or the employees are giving there friends all the love and money when they come in because you GUYS have not paid good money in a long time."

"Brought in 2 huge bags full of designer clothing, some still had tags on them. They turned away 95% of it. Even BURBERRY items with tags, never worn. Don't even bother trying to sell anything here. A woman outside actually offered me $20 for one pair of my jeans. Your buyers are passing up some great money making opportunities for you."

"I've been coming to B.E. since I was going to ASU. Now my ASU age children come here.The vibe & staff are still the same very high energy. Never know what clothing shoes or accessories you'll find , so if you spot a unique treasure buy it because there is no guarantee it will be there if you come back. I think they can hold an item for 24 hours. You need to be patient looking thru all the merchandise I recommend coming during the week to avoid the crowded weekends.Also I suggest calling to make an appointment if you want to bring in items to sell. The lines at the buyer counter gets busy."
