"We all know Walmart has the worst customer service in the country, so this won’t be shocking to anybody. They now have the hairbrushes and hair accessories locked in a case. If you have ever pushed the button in the paint or sporting goods section in the last 20 years, then you already know nobody is going to come unlock the case. But, it was dead this morning at 7 AM and I needed a new brush so I pushed the help button. Waited 5 min, nothing. Decided to finish my shopping, came back and pushed the button again. Nothing, nobody…so I left. I didn’t feel like walking around to find someone when we all know the answer they’re gonna give you, “I don’t have a key, I will send someone to help you” and surprise surprise nobody comes. Please stop locking everything up if your employees aren’t going to come unlock it. I saw $500 items out in the open, so I’m not sure why $5 hairbrushes are locked up?"

"Would rate zero stars if possible. Waited almost 40 minutes in the electronics section for someone to come and unlock something for me. Like 30 employees walked past me and NO ONE even acknowledged my existence, just looked at me and kept walking. One employee out of the 30 actually said she'd see if someone had the key to unlock stuff for me but nobody ever came so I just left. Just went to Target down the street and had a better experience and was helped right away."

"I wish I didn't have to give 1 star, this location is trash, can't find parking, you have to worry about being murdered or mugged just walking from the car to the store, the floors are always dirty, the addicts are always blocking the door, don't get me started on how the employees get high on the side of the building. And let's not talk about how rude the employees are, Don't go to this location unless you have no other choice, this location is closer to me but I chose to go to lower buckeye, the employees are always willing to help and let's just say it's CLEAN! 75TH location needs new management a deep cleaning and a can of raid inside and out! Sorry not sorry this store sucks and stinks!!!!!!!!"
