"Perusing the reviews, people have mentioned not being informed of return policy (in writing) or price prior to purchase. If this happens to you, you can challenge the charge via your credit or debit card company, and they will reverse it. Or, file a complaint online with the Arizona Attorney Generals Office, Consumer Affairs division. Both are easy processes. Now, on to my review. The adult dance shoes are not marked with prices. So, it’s not possible to decide what is in your budget, and only look at those shoes. Or, to decide which shoes might be cute, but not cute enough to justify the price. For almost everyone, the price is a central part of the evaluation of a product; and this store withholds that information. Why? Are the prices not competitive? Do they change the price based on the customer? I don’t know, but none of the possibilities are good. After reading the other reviews, it sounds like a scam."

"Truly amazing, above and beyond, customer service! I had been trying to find a place where I can try on green makeup for a costume, so I could get just the right green. Sadly, most of the costume stores in the valley have died, but I called Nathalie & Co. as a last resort. (I went there years ago for tap shoes and had a great experience) The person I spoke with looked up the character and suggested the two Ben Nye colors that would likely work best, and said she would order those colors since they were not currently in stock. That was by far the best phone conversation I've had with a business in years. She went above and beyond twice. (Which is especially impressive since they aren't even mainly a costume store.) The conclusion of the story is that she was right about Gecko Green being the perfect color. And I realized that I already had that green from another costume, and idiotically didn't even check my own stock. While it turns out my stupidity meant they did not get my sale, Nathalie & Co. will be the first people I think of for future makeup/costume needs"
