I checked while I was there like they advise and it’s like they purposely put the items in there to make it seem like it’s all together but when you open completely at home there’s multiple missing parts! Nellis Auction is way better! Wont use AllSurplus again!"

"Completely inefficient. Prepare to waste your time. Do not expect your items to be ready when you schedule an appointment. The staff take their time and has said, “if a customer pisses is off they have to wait even longer”. From what I can tell, most staff do not wear proper PPE and don't have a dress code. You may save a lot of money but waste a lot of time."

"Expect to wait here from anywhere between 5-15 minutes and if you purchase something heavy or large bring someone else to help load as employees will not help. Also the return policy here is brutal. Make sure and open and inspect and if necessary plug in what you bought because once you leave the lot there are no returns. A lot of tools are sold here so if you buy a tool that uses a certain brand specific battery don’t forget to bring one with so you can try your item before leaving. Returns are easy if the item isn’t what the description said, but again, you may wait some minutes depending on how busy they are. Over the last month or two it seems that there are far less employees available to service the customers. I still buy items here, but this is not my first choice for auction items anymore."

ATTENTION You will get scammed I WILL Not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company and company's are associated with this company they are a scam I PROMISE YOU I have everything to Prove I have been buying things from actions all over in US for 25 years never seen anything like this the discretion is always wrong I have spent lots of days and hours to buy items from this guy's and I won the bid on the description they had the pickup date so everything was paid in full and I went to pickup my items that I had purchased and I was told that they were still using my equipment that I had purchased and paid and I was told that they needed to use the equipment that I had purchased and paid for it for another month I was told I can pickup my item's whenever they are done using took them 2 weeks to refund my money and no compensation for my time and the sale that I lost because I had to refund my customer unfortunately the attorney I hired was an idiot but trying to find the right attorney I will be suing them I have all the evidence if anyone is interested send me your email and I can send you all the Prove you need for some reason i don't know how to upload pictures on this page and how to reply to the person acting like they don't know what's going on"

"Worst Customer Service Ever!! Description on Items are wrong, they copy and past photo's from Google, half the items are not in the box or damage. If you are selling a items place the correct description on auction website. There employee's all have bad customers service, some even fake to be managers, so the lazy managers do not come outside to deal with customer complaints. Negative -1 Star!!! Just an update, All Surplus Lock account due to review!! Funny how a customer who tells the truth regarding there work practice gets lock out from bidding.
