"DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. This store is a joke!! They sold me windows for almost $7K on January 15, 2024 and said it would take 3 weeks. Mid February, 2024, they said they had no control over them because they come from the manufacturer, and they would be ready on March 18, 2024. Today, March 18, 2024, they said the windows will not be done until end of April. THEY MADE ME STOP THE CONSTRUCTION AT MY HOUSE. I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT WINDOWS FROM THEM IF THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE TRUTH. NOW, ARMANDO THE SALES MAN, WHO SAYS HE GETS NO BENEFIT FROM THE SALES, WHEN ON THE DATE OF THE SALES HE SAID HE WAS SO HAPPY THAT HE HAD MET THE QUOTA FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH, NOW SAYS THAT IT IS STANDARD THAT THE MANUFACTURER TAKES SO LONG. HE LIED!! I WAS NOT ALONE BECAUSE I WAS WITH OTHER PEOPLE WHEN I ORDERED THE WINDOWS. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY WINDOWS, AND THEY PUSH THE BUCKET TO THE MANAGER AND THEN THE MANAGER TO THE MANUFACTURER, AND SO FORTH. I DID NOT BUY THE WINDOWS FROM THE MANUFACTURER, I BOUGHT THEM FROM LOWES. THE SECOND PROBLEM WAS I ORDERED AN OUTDOOR TANKLESS WATER HEATER, GUESS WHAT THEY SHIPPED TO ME??? AND INDOOR UNIT. WHEN I called the 800 number, they said they couldn't help me but had to call the store. Called the store, and the store said they couldn't help me because I had to call the 800 number. I had to drive to the store, stand in line and wait to be helped, so in all, I have spent dozens of hours with this store, and over $12,000 total order, and to this day, I don't have what I ordered!! Don't do it. Don't let their clean store fool you, and you think you are getting a better service than other hardware stores. They stole my money and now I don't have my windows or my money back! I will be filing complaints with the FCC, FTC, and all regulatory agencies."
"Renting a truck was so easy. I couldn’t believe it was available on a Saturday. The girls at the customer service desk were super helpful and got me in and out quickly. The store was open until 9, and I was able to get the truck back before they closed and that process was even faster. I would definitely go here again for a super quick pickup truck rental!"
"Pickup experience was smooth and easy. I followed the signs and was able to checkout quickly. Shopping experience was average. I found most of what I was looking for quickly, but had to check locations online for several items, and for one item never found it because the online location was wrong and it wasn't anywhere I thought it might be (a hanging glass bird bath). I did not ask an employee for help, so I cannot say if they'd have found it or not, though there were employees around if I'd wanted to ask. Store was clean and easy to navigate. Plentiful parking, though the parking lot could be better lit in the evenings."
"Ernie was so helpful and happy!! I believe that was his name, he was working in the locks section and helped out my boyfriend and I. We had 2 dogs with us so hopefully he sees this review and remembers us. He did an amazing job helping us out while also helping another customer that had questions."
"I used to be more of a Home Depot customer until last night. My sister and I visited Lowe's on 12/18/23 @ 18:34:50 to pick up an online order. I had forgotten my license at home and I needed it to be able to show ID for pickup. It was a long drive back home, late at night and I needed my supplies. Joann who was working at the customer service department right away was proactive in assisting me. She suggested that I put my sister on my online order as the pickup person since my sister had her ID on her. Not only did Joann go out of her way to assist me, but she went above and beyond in helping me do this process on the phone since I had also forgotten my glasses. Joann was helpful and amazing in utilizing her customer service skills to make the process not only fast but also convenient for me. Thank you Joann! Customer service: In addition, I also find that Lowe's has better customer service and lower prices than Home Depot. The employees at Home Depot, you can never find one around or they turn the other way when they see someone coming their way. I had tested this when I intentionally went to five different home depots to find this same behavior. Prices: The order that I had picked up at Lowe's I also found it at Home Depot but at a higher price for the same thing. I will now be shopping at Lowe's! Online transaction # 496369765"
