"Looking for plumbing valves. Asked gentleman for assistance for guidance / advice for this valve / item. He states... Oh we no longer have professionals. Uhm... Okay. I'll go somewhere else. He states what have you got. Showed photos. We have that valve. As I showed him photos of what I was doing... he seemed to be wanting to leave go somewhere else. As I was checking out... In garden area... Check out woman was on her phone and told person on her phone to hold on... she really wanted to hurry to finish with my check out and get back on her phone. She then said I have no regular bags. So I bagged stuff up in the sheet plastic and tiny bags. When I tried to enter email receipt... She printed it out and handed quickly to me. A few past shopping experiences / staff at this Lowe's have been similar... Seems like things have gone down hill... Repeat Lowe's customer... But. maybe go to Home Depot / Ace Hardware in future."

"I always love a good home improvement store. One thing different about all Lowe's that I ever have gone to, is when you ask them where something is they just tell you the isle and shelf. The other store I will not name walks you to the item. I wish this would happen here."

"This Lowe’s location gets 5 stars for customer service! They knocked it out of the park right from the second we pulled into the parking lot! Literally! I took my elderly parents to pick up peg board, etc. I parked in the pick up area but discovered that a scooter was available way at the other end. Carlos was working outside and noticed that I was looking for something. he asked how he could help. He then offered to go and bring us the scooter. What a sweet heart! We then scooter in the door (Not me, my dad lol) and Steven greeted us with a big smile. He was so outgoing and helpful. He made us all laugh and then answered all of our questions and walked us down to the correct area to pick up our on line order. He explained everything to the nice gal at customer service, Brenda. She was super helpful and even gave me dad credit back on the purchase bc his veteran discount wasn’t included. Steven and Brian loaded our purchase and made sure it was all in tight. WHAT AN AWESOME GROUP OF EMPLOYEES! I couldn’t believe it when Carlos was so kind and then it continued with every employee we met! The store was also very clean and organized. This was the best experience possible. Accomplished by a group effort! Job well done! You are all INCREDIBLE! ❤️"
