"Horrible Customer Service! I visit this store bc it’s the closest to home, but I have been treated so badly. I spend $300-400 each time I come in, but the staff is so discriminative/ racist. There’s never anyone shopping there, yet the staff and manager pretend to be busy as I stand by the counter ready to check out. I’ve worked at BR- Houston and never ignored any customers! Shame on you!"

"Store was clean, all clothes were in order/organized, and I could not rave enough about the associates present during my shopping. Lilly and Charlie (sorry if spelled incorrectly) offered not only fashion advice, but endless compliments and a fantastic atmosphere.
