"The young woman with the dark hair that never learned how to laugh and treat people nice gave us the worst and most rude experience. We will never come here again and we hope somebody will speak to her about customer service. We didn’t feel welcome, even worse, we felt like she was extra rude, ignorant and disrespectful to make us leave. Unbelievable!!! We don’t know about the other staff, the seemed friendly."

"To begin with, the staff seem to always be in a bad mood and then when you ask them about something they make faces as if you were bothering them and in the end they couldn't help us and left us there. Afterwards we asked another person for help and she took care of us better and commented That person was in a bad mood all week and that's why he was like that, but I really hope those in charge see that and pay attention to the people they hire since I wouldn't give them any stars."

"Not sure what this is at the outlets. The prices don’t seem to be any cheaper than the regular mall locations. It’s a large clean store with lots of staff.they have a nice selection of shoes, but you can do better at other stores at this outlet mall."
