"The desert ridge location is my go to Old Navy store when I need to grab quick things like a themed shirt for kids school or flip flops for a trip. Always clean. Organized and quick service. I don’t feel they have a variety of different items or mass amounts of the basic items they carry but that’s bc old navy wants you to order online and pick up in store. This seems to be a common practice at larger old navy stores outside of my area I have traveled to thinking I would find more options… not the case. So if you are wanting to just spend the day out shopping this isn’t the store to do so but if you need the basic old navy essentials easy convenient location at Desert Ridge"

"Noticeably good customer service - three women were especially helpful to me (on my first clothes-shopping trip in ages), Sim, Kaycee, and Esmeralda. It takes a lot of patience to deal with retail customers and these ladies had it in spades. There is one more woman whose name I forgot to ask, but she is the reason I now have 4 new dresses and plenty of essentials I was missing. Thank you, lady who showed me the dresses! I hope management treats you all like the hardworking and kind people you are, and I hope you're also paid appropriately for the awesome service you provide! (Prices were also pretty good in general)"

"This is your very typical Old Navy, not the best quality but semi decent prices. Most of the shirts I buy here stretch all wonky after I wash them, but they are sometimes cheap enough that I don't mind as long as I get a few good wears out of them. It does seem that their prices just keep increasing though, which kind of makes them not worth it anymore."
