"Went in Lane Bryant with my mother to shop for her best friend. Upon entering no one spoke to us, after walking around for a few minutes we still hadn’t been asked if we needed help or spoken too. An older lady was helping someone at the register and someone was walking around speaking and helping all the other customers. At this time my mother did see some items and had questions but no one was around. We left due to no help and everyone in the store was rude. Hopefully, no one else has had this problem. I could say more but I rather keep those feelings to myself."
"The wife loves their bras, and you can usually get some pretty good sales. I have gone in a couple of times to pick up my wife's ship to store orders, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I do feel like they are understaffed though. But as the saying goes, happy wife happy life. Just keep my wife happy."
