"Very messy everywhere but then there is xmas shopping going on. What I really didn't like was having to figure a way to carry all my many many purchases way down mall parking lot to my car, since all their carts have rods unable to leave the store. No offer for staff to help carry or with access to cart that can leave store for them to follow me to my car. Customer Service not on their To Do List apparently. Just don't buy more than you can carry."
