"While I don’t often write reviews, I think a reminder of good customer service is always needed. This location on Camelback specifically on the day that I went, February 24th 2024, around 2 PM, while I checked out, the 2 young ladies that were at the registers never acknowledged me which is customer service 101, they simply remained in their conversation about their colleague that had just came in for their shift and discussed the way they were dressed. The only time anything was ever said to me was my total. Just as a reminder taking the time out to greet the customer as they come up to your register and simply say, “Hi did you find everything you were looking for?” Can go quite a long way instead of never even acknowledging the customer . I don’t shop often at forever 21 as I only went in today to support the Henry R Jones Collection, but the way I was treated today makes me not want to come back for any other shopping experiences which is truly a shame. Do better guys."

"Found some cute joggers at the store in Scottsdale but they were out of my size so I ordered them online and decided to pick up in store at this location. Ordered them on the 17th, email says they’ll be ready by the next day. I show up cashier spends about 10 minutes looking for the order, calls the manager. Manager hardly looks at me just tell the girl helping me that my order isn’t ready yet. I’m like well maybe I’ll just go find them on the rack and buy them now since I drove all the way out here and it’s far from my house. Rack is full of the jeans, I pick out my size, go back to the register, line is long now and I decide it’s not worth it to buy them twice I’ll just be patient and wait for them to put them in a bag. I never receive a confirmation email about them being ready. I go out of town, I come back, jeans still not ready. I talk to customer service today they say the jeans went out of stock. I say well that’s crazy because the day after my order there was an entire rack of them. They tell me the order was cancelled on the 23 and I should have gotten an email about it. I never got an email and the jeans were in stock when they were supposed to be packaged. They say there’s nothing they can do. Won’t be shopping here again."

"Went to the store for an online order pick up and unfortunately subsequent return as I purchased the wrong size (dresses were great quality though). I worked with Chanel at the register. She was absolutely LOVELY. So professional and conversational. Wrapped up my pick and my return quickly, and was all around wonderful. Five stars, Chanel!"

"Really friendly employees! Sucks that it’s the closest one to the Glendale area but the customer service and clothing options are great. And the fitting rooms are clean and never too busy."
