"I recieved a pair of boots for Christmas. I've worn them once or twice a week for a month and a half then the back inside started tearing off. I took them back up there and they told me it's wear and tear, but I have a pair of Justin's for over 3 years and Ariets about 3 years and neither have town. I rotate my Aries amd Justin's every other day."
"Horrible experience my wife purchased a cross necklace for me there and I didn’t like the length so I tried to return the necklace and the manager says I need the box it came in the tag came with and basically asking for the receipt like she couldn’t look it up through our email another employee claimed it was used and not new anymore because I wore it for like 5 minutes . They have good clothes and gear but the Montana jewelry line is not good quality or is a great brand."
"Bought my 2nd and 3rd pair of boots here, and I loved how their customer service is one of the best. The manager was very helpful, patient, and absolutely great. If you're looking for some nice quality boots, I highly recommend them. They always seem to have clearance items, and my boots were on clearance. (See picture attached) *A little fun fact I learned is that they can stretch the boot.*"
"I bought some Reebok steel toe shoes. I had to replace them after 3 uses the first time and the accepted the warranty. But now after about 5 months of minimal use the second pair is already worn out. My rating isn’t so much the store as the shoe but still I feel warranty should cover it issue. Same thing happened to the second pair. The sole of the Reebok shoes tear apart fairly quickly and easily."
