"I went here today for my daughter’s birthday and spent over $100. The lady rubbed my items over the magnet to deactivate the security strip and said it should be fine. The door went off when I walked out. We walked back in and I asked the lady who scanned my bags if she needs to look on my bag. She was looking dead at me while I was talking and just turned around. I said I guess it’s not a big deal and walked out. This other lady came out after me and said she needed to check the bag. I told her I asked the other women and she didn’t respond. They repeatedly tapped my bag over the magnet tile. I said it must not be anything stolen. Then the lady said she needed to hand me my bag outside. This is what they do when they don’t want you to steal. First I paid a lot of money in this store, their store isn’t functioning properly, I felt like I was stereotyped, and they lost a loyal customer. I own a salon and buy my supplies here and send my customers here. I will no longer use or refer to this store"

"There scanner in the back is broken I watched as the cashier repeated over and over and over to scan and clear a store tag on other shoppers but on mine item’s she didn’t. and so I walk out and another cashier stop me after I was close to my car she told me to go back inside to scan mine items over on another register this has happened to me more then a few times please fix this problem I am not the problem thank you."

"Bad customer service, no one pays attention to you, they’re working on other tasks and won’t even bother looking at you. This brand seems outdated and it should catch up to current times. An online site would be great (one that actually works and hasn’t been updated since 2013) as well as a better return policy like a full refund to your original payment. It’s almost 2023, time they caught up with the times!"

"Very disappointed In the new “ culture style.” Everything is see through or cut.. Might as well walk outside na**d, they didn’t have any thing comfortable or lose. I even tried to ask for some styles like ( baggy shirts, mom jeans , 2 piece sweater and tights) and the workers were very rude & shrugged me off like I was basically at the wrong type of store. If your looking for revealing or “ club outfits.” Then this is for you!"

"Do not shop here! This place has the absolute worst customer service in the West Valley. If you want to be ignored and treated like you’re not a valuable customer this is the place. I shopped here today spent over $200. I was never acknowledged by the staff. I asked for a manager to share my experience, “low and behold” the so called manager was have the conversation with the clerk, preventing her from providing better service. I walked up placed my items on the counter, never acknowledged. This place will never get another dime of my money. Take your money elsewhere!"
