"I’ve shopped here since it’s opened and have annoyed the clothing. However, I bought a shirt today. After 2 hours, went to return it, for merchandise credit, because I know the rule, but was then told it was a final sale. I was not told it was a final sale when I bought it. I would not have purchased the shirt. I was told that she did tell me…but, no, no she most certainly didn’t. For as much as I have supported this small business, I will not shop there again. It really upsets me that I wasn’t told, but then was lied to because someone forgot to tell me. That is so very wrong."

"I don't typically review stores too often and I have shopped at this store before and loved the items. The prices are pretty high but I like supporting small businesses. However, I went tonight to look at a two piece set I had been thinking about and had a really bad experience with the sales person working the store. Her behaviour made it obvious she thought i was going to steal or damage something. She was constantly watching me and moving right beside me, not even exaggerating, she was like two feet away from me slightly organizing the hangers right after I looked at them. I then asked to try on some pieces and if I could just go use a room. She took the clothing from me and I just thought she would count what I had as stores usually do but she walked me to the fitting room and hung the clothes, it was uncomfortable. Then she kept speaking to me as I was in the fitting room which was uncomfortable as well, especially because I have a lot of anxiety with trying clothes on due to a previous eating disorder. While I was in there she kept sparying a disinfectant or deodorizing spray on three different occasions. It also made me feel anxious and uncomfortable, I had just left a twelve hour shift so I became paranoid about haven taken off my shoes. I tried on some shoes too and she sprayed the seats I was on as well. I can't assure my feet didn't have a smell but I know I didn't overall have odor as I put on deodorant and perfume a bit before and I work inside so I don't sweat. I wasn't feeling buying anything after all this but decided still to because I really loved a dress so I started to take out my phone to pay but I recently changed phones so I hadn't set up my Google pay. I stood close to the checkout point (while I tried to get my card back on my phone) because I already felt she thought I was going to steal and didn't want her to get unwarranted suspicion. I was taking a while and she asked if I was ready so I explained I was trying to set up my card and she SNORTED/LAUGHED, it was so weird. I didn't end up being able to set up my card but I'm kind of glad, the girl made me feel so wrong and anxious."

"This store is one of my daughters, best friends and mine favorite store! Everything is so pretty and also hilarious sayings on the items! They have 4 locations around the valley. Every single worker has been an absolute joy, helpful, and personable! Get yourself lost in this magical and glitzy store!"

"We went in looking for some new clothes for my daughter. The sales ladies were very nice, called her by name and picked out things they thought she might like. We found 2 t-shirts (very over priced at $45 each) that were cute and edgy. My daughter loved them and decided to purchase them (against my better judgement) and she spent her own money. Tag says wash before wear, cold and tumble dry. We did just that, delicate in fact. One shirt comes out damaged. The glitter lettering is literally flaking off. Its 2 days old, never worn. I take it right back to the store for an exchange/store credit/refund...whatever just to fix the damaged shirt my 12 year old purchased for herself. Manager told me since they can't sell the product, they won't take it back. I asked her why they don't stand behind their products, 'we don't make them, we just sell them'. We will no longer patronize this store. I won't shop at stores (mega or small business) that are more then happy to take your money but don't make any effort to resolve an issue with something THEY sell. That was our first and last time shopping there."
